Rosemount makes string of promotions after ‘record’ year

Rosemount Financial Solutions has promoted four employees to senior roles following a “record” 2024.

Zac Bawa and Jacob Bawa have been promoted from business executive roles to sales director and operations director respectively.

While Anna Sykes has become strategic adviser manager and Callum Wilkinson has been promoted to strategic relationship manager.

According to the network, 2024 was a record year with revenues up 25 per cent on the previous year, driven in part by a 33 per cent in protection business.

Ahmed Bawa, chief executive of Rosemount Financial Solutions, said: “These promotions reflect the new responsibilities they have all taken on as the network has grown, and are also recognition of their hard work and dedication.

“Any business is only as good as its people, and we have built a formidable, committed team at Rosemount.”

Rosemount welcomed 31 advisers in 2024, taking the total number of advisers past 130, as well as adding eight members of staff covering compliance, admin support and software development.
